This article analyzes the impact of the dominance of the English language in Kazakhstan's education system. Within the framework of the trilingual policy, English has become an integral part of the educational process. Teaching in English contributes to international integration, expands research opportunities, and enhances students' competitiveness in the global labor market. However, this process may weaken the role of the Kazakh and Russian languages, increase linguistic inequality, and negatively affect the preservation of cultural values. The article examines students' perspectives based on survey results. The study highlights both the advantages of English language dominance in education and its potential consequences for local languages. Therefore, state language policy should consider the global opportunities of English while ensuring the preservation and development of the Kazakh language's scope of use.
