This article examines the linguistic, cultural and legal features of zan terms in translation. In the course of the research, the cultural context and the role of terminology in legal texts in translation were deeply analyzed. Surveys, focus groups, and content analysis methods were used as research methods. While the survey results showed the need to take into account the cultural context of legal terminology by 80%, the probability that students will have difficulty translating legal texts was 70%. In Focus groups, the participants identified the problems of legal translation and discussed ways to solve them. The content analysis method collected examples from more than 50 legal texts, revealed the frequency of use of terms and difficulties of translation. As a result, the importance of legal terminology in the translation process and its cultural aspects were better understood. The results of the study made it possible to develop recommendations aimed at enriching knowledge and experience in the field of legal translation, as well as improving the quality of translation. The interest and needs of students in the translation of legal terminology contribute to the improvement of the translation process, taking into account the cultural context of legal texts. This study is a valuable resource for professionals and students in the field of legal translation, helping them improve their professional skills. In addition, it is important to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to overcome cultural barriers in legal translation. The results of the research allow us to propose new methods and techniques for overcoming difficulties in translating legal texts. This work will help open up new directions and opportunities for future research in the field of legal translation.
