Abstract

This scientific article is a methodological study devoted to the development of a frequency dictionary of the language of Abai Kunanbayuly. The objectives of the study are to determine the figurative image of the great Kazakh poet and philosopher-thinker Abai Kunanbayuly through the analysis of the most used words and phrases in his literary heritage. The article presents the development of a methodology for creating a frequency dictionary, including the selection of text corpora, methods of data collection and analysis, as well as processing of results. The key results of the study cover the analysis of the frequency of words and phrases, the definition of the scale of lexical units, the study of linguistic features of the Abai language and its civilization in different periods of creativity. The results of this article provide researchers, linguists and literary critics with a new tool for a deeper understanding of the creative personality of Abai Kunanbayuly and his contribution to Kazakh literature. The analysis of frequently used words and phrases will show the structural and semantic aspects of the Abai language, as well as its influence on the development of Kazakh literature.
