Currently, in the context of the modernization of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the problem of developing educational programs for applied bachelor's degree is becoming very urgent.
The article discusses the problem of creating and implementing educational programs for applied bachelor's degree taking into account modern labor market requirements for training specialists, substantiates the need to develop their theoretical and methodological foundations, analyzes the issues of the regulatory framework for supporting applied bachelor's degree in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Based on the analysis of regulatory documents and the study of foreign experience in the implementation of educational programs for applied bachelor's degree on the example of various countries, the possibilities of their implementation and successful functioning in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered.
According to the authors, one of the ways to implement the problem under consideration is the development and implementation of a scientific project implemented within the framework of the grant funding competition of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The paper highlights the possibilities of implementation by scientists of universities of a scientific project on the topic "Theoretical and methodological foundations of the design of educational programs for applied bachelor's degree for TVE organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" on the basis of the Higher Pedagogical College named after B. Akhmetov, Pavlodar. Implementation of the pedagogical experiment conducted at the Higher Pedagogical College named after B. Akhmetov in order to develop a model of the educational program for applied bachelor's degree, will contribute to the introduction of these programs into the educational process of modern Kazakhstan.
In conclusion, the authors came to the conclusion that the results of the research carried out within the framework of the project and the experimental data obtained will make a significant contribution to the modernization of teacher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
