Abstract

The role of technology in modern education is continuously increasing. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) are being integrated into the educational process, providing effective ways to enhance learning. For middle school students in grades 5-7, incorporating AI in teaching folklore can increase student engagement and develop their creative abilities. This article explores a methodology for teaching folklore to 5th-7th grade students using AI technologies, focusing on improving the educational process in folklore instruction, enhancing students' cognitive activity, and fostering their research and creative skills. Through AI, students not only become acquainted with national folklore heritage but can also explore it comprehensively using various platforms and tools. Additionally, the article suggests several methods for applying AI in folklore teaching: using virtual assistants, creating interactive games, introducing text analysis tools, and visualizing folklore data. These methods enhance students' ability to work with texts and help them gain a deeper understanding of the meaning within folklore works.
