About the Journal

Dear colleagues! Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University has been publishing a philological series of the scientific journal «BULLETIN OF the ABAI KAZAKH NATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY» since 2003. This periodical examines a wide range of linguistic, literary and methodological problems. Moreover, it also reflects the extensive International scientific contacts of the University's philologists with scientists from Germany, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Bulgaria, China, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Khakassia, Yakutia and other countries.

THE MAGAZINE'S MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the journal is to highlight the latest achievements of philological sciences; to update the current problems of modernization and development of education, scientific and technical potential of Kazakhstan; to introduce scientific achievements and innovative mechanisms in the development of social institutions.

Bulletin of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai. The series "Philological Sciences" is established by the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai (KazNPU named after Abai) and is registered in the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The editorial board of the journal includes leading Kazakh and foreign scientists.

The target audience of the journal: faculty of higher education institutions; academic staff and experts in the field of primary, secondary and higher, postgraduate education; doctoral students, postgraduates, applicants, undergraduates and students of Kazakhstan and foreign universities and scientific and educational institutions, school teachers, teachers of additional education, etc.

The journal is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals recommended for publishing the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of COXON RK (2020) and the academic title and is included in the republican system of the science citation index - Kazakhstan Citation Database (KazBC) – impact factor 0.115 (2018).

Articles in Kazakh, Russian, English and other foreign languages, submitted in electronic form with the original text of at least 70%, are accepted for publication.

All submitted manuscripts are reviewed. Independent experts with publications on the subject of the reviewed article are involved in the review.

The term of consideration of articles is 1.5-2 months.

The publication frequency is 4 times a year.
