The article examines the functioning of intertextual poetics in the literary text of Kazakh literature. It analyzes the manifestations of intertextual devices such as quotation, allusion, parody, and reminiscence, as well as their poetic, expressive, appellative, metatextual, and informative functions. The relevance of the topic is determined by the intensification of intertextual connections and the development of textual dialogue in the postmodern stage of contemporary Kazakh literature. The study employs descriptive, comparative, and textual analysis methods. The aim of the article is to reveal the role of intertextual poetics in the literary text and to determine its artistic and aesthetic significance. The results contribute to the theoretical development of literary studies and support the application of intertextual analysis in modern text studies.
