Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study the originality of female images and to determine the content of the concept of the nature of the female character in the literary heritage of F. Dostoevsky. The depth and scale of female images in the work of the Russian writer was associated with a subtle and comprehensive psychological analysis of the inner world of his heroines, with the circumstances of their lives and social environment, which formed a system of their moral orientations and spiritual qualities. In the feminine character of F. Dostoevsky is dominated by bipolarity, which is caused by an internal conflict that underlies the worldview and the psychological state of the individual.
